-A letter is found delivered to each Councilmans chambers in Cordor sealed with a wax bearing the Emberblaze clan symbol a dragon leaping from a pool of flame- (also a letter like this was sent to other rulers and village leaders ect with thier name replaced with Cordors and their rulers repalced with the Councilmens names)

Dearst Cordorian ruleing body you may or may not be aware that as of recently I guted Benwick like a fat sow at a slaughter house includeing her many heroic defenders and the knights foolish enugh to stand in the way of my attack. I presonaly made sure to recover the corpses of the dead who were caught in this and leave them in plain view so thier familes can find them. My condolences to the widows. I also in my generous ways went to the trouble of saveing the children of Benwick and burrying the young ones who died I may be ruthless but Im hardly a monster.
I have sent this to you so that you do not jump to any foolish conclusions or atempt anything foolish for the sake of the dead Castle Benwick. Benwick was my sole target, I have no intention of strikeing another city in Amia with out a very good reason. Benwick you see gave me ample reasons to leave her a smokeing pile of rubble. One the former king Galahad insulted and treated me and my wife rudely on serval ocasions when we saught peaceful talk with him. Two the light hurt my dear Layla's eyes and her pain was made fun of and mocked by the curs of Benwick. Third Imperitor called me and Layla filth when we were at the castle with no intent to do it harm. Fourth Benwick was a dangerous entity that if left uncheaked would pose a threat to all I am trying to build a pre-emptive strike was required to keep the children of my Empire from haveing to shed blood when some Benwick noble calls down a crusade on us because we dont see the world in the same light.
Haveing said that I do hope that you in Cordor do not over react as I am sure many others will. I only see prospartity and trade so that the coffers of Wyrmhold grow fat with gold coins. You may take note I have never turned the armies of Clan Emberblaze on Cordor and have helped protect Wharftown many times in the past and infact my men often patrol the area helping keep the city and air ways safe. The Nation I and Layla rule maybe harsh but we value strong allies and wealthy trade agreements. Once my armies aqure and hold the pass of despair, Crystal caves and Mylock hills I hope that Wyrmhold and Cordor can trade in peace and with great prosparity to both our nations. However if in your small minds I and my empire must pay for what was done or must in someway be punished, keep in mind that what was seen in Benwick was only done by a small portion of my armies and that i can field a great many more if Cordor stands to threaten my growing nation. With that I close saying that May the sun will always shine brightly on Cordor and the gold of its merchants and the unharmed homes of its people.

-King Drakanan Lawaltrel "Drak'Law" Emberblaze
