Early this evening a small group of adventurers delivered a huge, incredibly expensive, and monsterously powerful and capable non magical golem to representive of an organization called the CB&TF, or Cordor Bankers And Traders Federation.

Apparently a rather sprawling company that is lead at the top by a very small number of people, this organization, now that word of mouth is out about it, seems to make the bulk of its money in importing and money lending in addition to coin changing.

The large number of adventurers coupled with no official mint for any particular city state has resorted in the drastic deflation of gold on certain coins or mints. This has lead to a very profitable carreer keeping a particular mintage of coin a standard for Amia and Brogdenstein, which has lead to great prosperity for the Bank and Trade company.

Further, the golem almost immidietly and wordlessly set to work in the sewers. It decimated the native rat population in almost yours, reducing it from an over population to near extinction, other then a few prize rats kept by the now more fearful and xenophobic cult of the horned rat and occasional rats sneaking in on imports, it would seem Cordor no longer has any rat or mouse population what so ever.

In addition, the golem also seems to regularly clean and burn the remaining corpses of diseased victems at regular intervels and has produced an alarming number of were-rat corpses.

No CB&TF officials seem to be available to comment on this, but a few questions asked anywhere could garner anyone this information.

Rumors also persist of the possibility that the company's under 'new leadership', and plans to take its coin 'to the hard working, well bred, decent men of the island'. What this means could be any's guess.
