Defended and elevated to high rank withing their order a psychotic pyromaniac that set a child on fire.

Blew up a building and badly wounded its shop owner in a bungled attempt to blow up the Cordorian Guard Tower.

Repeatedly violated Cordorian Law and the Bans placed upon them for previous violations.

*under the slogan "BLACK is the color of change" is the following*

BLACK is not change, it is a perpetuation of the idiotic adventurer's ideal of arrogance, falsehood, and self-aggrandization. They are as much a danger and threat as the Harper's.

*notably, only the notices in Wharftown and Uhm have these changes*
